We appointed Rutherford Wilkinson in April 2010 following a tendering process for the provision of our Group Personal Pension Scheme, Group Life Assurance and Group PHI Benefits. We chose them because they give 1:1 advice to our staff on pension matters, make quarterly site visits to see staff face-to-face and also offer a comprehensive administrative service. On top of this they came in with the most competitive rates for all three schemes and helped us introduce salary sacrifice for the Group Personal Pension.
As a result of their efforts we have seen a 40% increase in the number of staff taking up membership of our pension scheme. The level of service has been excellent; we get prompt replies to phone calls and e-mails and the personal attention from Ian and Trevor to our account with them sets them apart from other advisers.
