Just a quick email to express our thoughts on how you and your team handled the implementation of the pension scheme switch.
Firstly, change is always a big issue and none so more than changes with pensions. We (the management team) were all concerned about how this would be received.
However, our concerns and doubts soon evaporated as our HR Manager followed your team around the country on our road show, watching them communicate and engage with our staff in a very professional but approachable manner.
This, followed up by your personal engagement with the Senior Management Team, has been very well received.
The outcome, is as we know, a very happy and newly informed workforce, with a new understanding of their pension scheme and a feeling that someone is there to assist when necessary.
